1.0 Non-refundable deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the tour price is required for the booking to go ahead and can be paid through a secure i Zettle payment link. The balance must be paid by the day before the tour date.

2.0 Cancellation

Cancellation of a tour by the client must be made by email or text message no less than 48 hours before the tour date. Cancellation within 48 hours of any tour commencing will be treated as the tour being fulfilled and no refunds will be given unless the tour is cancelled because of extreme weather in which case an alternative date/time will be offered immediately by the driver/guide. A refund will be given minus expenses occurred by Wynding Road Tours when hiring vehicles/accommodation.

Payment of a deposit does not imply acceptance of a booking. Wynding Road Tours will confirm acceptance of a booking in writing after which a contract comes into existence between Wynding Road Tours and the client.

4.0 Our right to alter a tour

Wynding Road Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour. 6.0 Our right to make changes

We reserve the right to change any of the prices, services or other particulars contained in these terms and conditions at any time before we enter into contract with a client. Any change will be notified to the client before a contract is agreed.

The tours Wynding Road Tours offer require flexibility and must allow for alternatives. For this reason the outline itinerary and tour description must be taken as an indication of what may take place on the tour and not as a contractual obligation on the part of the company.
